Hi! We love Tahoe and want to share this incredible place with others whenever our friends and family aren't using it! We love hiking, swimming, skiing, x-country skiing, snowboarding, cooking, books/reading, music, traveling, animals, good coffee, curling up by a fireplace in winter and lounging in the sun with a cold drink in summer. Tahoe is our happy getaway place! For the apartment: (studio below- not the full house listing), oftentimes we are living in the house above the studio apartment but sometimes we won't be there at all. We are always available for questions via text or phone or email and give our renters total privacy. No unexpected pop-ins from us (because we personally like privacy when we are traveling)! There is a shared circular driveway, but everything else is private- the studio is the lower level of our awesome old (1950s) original Tahoe cabin. You have a private entrance and a private little porch area as well. Inside is your own little studio apartment home- private living area, fireplace, mini kitchenette, dining table, bed, sofa with pull-out bed for 3rd wheel or a little one, bathroom, closet. Even filtered lake and mountain views and about a 2 minute walk to the lake! For the entire house listing- the downstairs studio apartment will be unoccupied/vacant and you will have complete privacy and the entire home. We will not be on the property in person at all for the full cabin rental. :) Welcome to our favorite place- we hope you love it as much as we do!
