We had an excellent time. Just a magnificent view of the lake. Though it was a bit expensive it did meet all our needs and we made some great memories. Thanks :-)

The house was great; clean, spacious, in an outstanding location. All of the amenities were as described and perfect for our group of 12. Jake was responsive and answered any questions we had quickly. I definitely would recommend staying here!

Overall the house has a lot of living space and was reasonably clean. The property is a bit dated in places, but wear and tear was as expected. Layout is a bit unusual - the first floor bathroom is an en suite, but we were happy to have a bathroom on the second floor. Coffee maker was unserviceable, but worked after descaling. The listing does not mention the property is on a holding tank. Initially the first floor toilet struggled to flush and so we avoided it. On the 3rd day we noticed printed instructions for a holding tank alert in the garage (which we hadn't used). When we texted the number given we were told it would be pumped 'today' and were asked to limit water. Plumbing company turned out to be quick, but I'm not sure what would have happened if we were a larger party or hadn't noticed instructions. The host was a bit blasé in communications, and I assume the alert was tripped with the prior party - overall it seemed like unnecessary hassle for a three-night stay.
