Ideal location for exploring Sudbury and surrounding area. Ample shops locally and a market on Saturdays. Plenty of places to eat out. The accommodation is great and everything you need is there for you. Host always helpful. Accommodation clean and tidy. Parking available with the property as easy to access.

Lovely place to stay and very clean and tidy. Would benefit from better heaters for cold weather and resolving whatever the problem is with the TV. Great location for exploring Sudbury and Suffolk. Friendly and helpful host.

Small but nice little bolt hole just off the high street in Sudbury. Clean and tidy, but needed the heaters on when I arrived to warm the place up. Was fine after that. Would have been good to know that there was no TV or internet (maybe my fault for just expecting that as standard nowadays!) but otherwise all good.

We really enjoyed our stay here, had everything we needed for a short break. Is located behind The Lady Elizabeth pub but considering we stayed over NYE we didn't hear any noise from there, very handy to have down the alleyway for a quick drink or food and the perfect location for being in town whilst feeling tucked away and cosy. We found the place heated up quickly with the heaters on. would recommend Jilani for an Indian takeaway/meal. the car park can be a little bit tight to get in and out of but with Beckys instructions we had no issue finding it. would happily stay here again
