Since we arrived we were amazed of how nice and well taken care of the property was. We saw that they put a lot of effort into their property. Melinda and Tom were very friendly to talk to and it was easy to get a feel of how nice of people they are. Breakfast in the patio was our highlight of the day with the farmed fresh eggs and also, our dog Maui was the happiest in their backyard. We would love to come back.

We absolutely loved our stay at Clifton Villa. It is an absolutely gorgeous home and property, that includes a proper, yet happy guesthouse. Just the right amount of all things fun, relaxing, and exploration to enjoy onsite or nearby. Our crew especially enjoyed kayaking, fishing, and crabbing off of the dock! Everyone was sad to leave, even after an extended stay, and we think our dog found his happiest place, to date. This was the relaxing retreat we needed, after a crazy end of summer. It was excellent family fun that included our puppy! Big thumbs up for this one. We do hope to return.

Exceeded our expectations! Lots of little details like fresh eggs and oversize fluffy towels made us feel like we picked the perfect spot!

We had a wonderful long weekend stay at Melinda and Tom's beautiful guest villa! The hosts are so friendly and helpful and the villa is exactly as pictured. It is truly equipped with everything you'll need for a very relaxing and comfortable stay. Special shoutout for the fresh eggs left for us in the fridge when we arrived! :) We loved the water views from both the living room and the private balconies off of the bedrooms. Kayaking was a blast! You're conveniently located close to everything, but also tucked away in your own peaceful space. We had the best time and can't wait to visit again!
