This place has fantastic water views and a serene ambiance, with a pleasant pier and a small beach area. The house features four spacious bedrooms, two of which come with a patio. It was tidy, although the screen patio was a bit dusty due to pollen. The bathrooms are also spacious and equipped with all the necessities. All the appliances in the kitchen were in good condition and there were enough pots and pans to use, all of which are in great condition. James was kind enough to provide Bose speakers, kayaks, and life jackets, among other things. We felt extremely comfortable and satisfied with our stay.

Sunset Pointe was truly amazing. We had such a relaxing and wonderful time...taking in all the beautiful views. The house itself was squeaky clean, which I appreciate since one of my kids have severe food allergies. James was very responsive with my concerns as well. The kids kayaked and fished. The one and a half day that it rained, we stayed in and played board games and the arcade machines. We always kept one window open to let in the soft Chesapeake breeze and hear the waves. So relaxing! We would absolutely love to come back next year!!

We loved our stay at Sunset Pointe. The house is exactly how it looks in the pictures and the views are just so incredible. The best part of my day was waking up to the amazing view of the bay. The house is also very comfortable for families and it was a great place to escape the city and have some family bonding time. I would 100% recommend this lovely house!
