We had a family gathering, 11 of us in total, with my sisters and our adult "kids". The location and house worked well for us: lots to do within a quick drive, plenty of bedrooms, and pet friendly for a little pup. The host was responsive and friendly and had great recommendations for local ameneties. The house was comfortable and well kept and, for our purposes, there were numerous public rooms for tv viewing, talking, or relaxing. Our only suggestion for improvement would be a larger TV and more comfortable seating in the large living room. With a more comfortable convertable sofa/seating, that would be a great first floor sleeping option, if needed. Overall, we had a wonderful stay with no complaints! Thank you to our gracious host!

My family had a wonderful stay here for Thanksgiving. There were so many interesting things to explore inside and outside of the house. The waterfalls and old mill were so cool. We would have done a drive just to explore this yard as an excursion! Learning about the history was interesting and cool. The kids loved all of the nooks and crannies like the mini door between two bedrooms, the reading nook, and the puzzles, books, and games. The wood stove was the perfect cozy touch! We had everything we needed to cook Thanksgiving in the dinner. We would love to come back here in the summer!

This was a lovely place to stay for a group learning experience centered on regenerative farming in the Hudson Valley! Beautiful, historic property with comfortable house and grounds for a large group. Creek and swimming hole are idyllic. Definitely plan to return next year!
