My wife and I made a last-minute decision to leave town and head to the lake for a long weekend with our 3 children and granddaughter. We found Katrina's listing and loved the pics and once we started communicating with her, we knew this was the place. Upon arrival, we immediately fell in love with the little community. Walking into the house, all of us were like WOW! Super clean, great furnishings and decorated perfect. Everyone had a room, and the living room was cozy after a day on the la. We kept our boat at marina and the golf cart was perfect for our family to get to and from the lake. Katrina checked on use throughout our stay and if I had a question, she responded timely and gave us suggestions of things to do on the lake. Tims's Ford Lake was incredible. Water was warm, clear and the surroundings were beautiful. We needed this time together as a family and it was perfect. We will be back. Thank you, Katrina, for everything!

We really enjoyed our stay at this beautiful home. The house was spacious and beautiful decorated. It was also very clean. Super comfortable beds and linen. We felt right at home. We also enjoyed the golf cart trail ride to the water and restaurant! Additional we left a few items behind and Katrina was helping in communicating and assisting us promptly so we could retrieve our left behinds. We would highly recommend this home.
