The Reserve is a brand new private lake community with direct access to Holiday Landing Marina and Blue Gill Grill. Situated in the wooded countryside along Tims Ford Lake, The Reserve is minutes south of small-towns of Tullahoma and Winchester in southern Middle Tennessee. In addition to all the lake has to offer, distilleries (including Jack Daniel’s and George Dickel), restaurants, hiking trails, golf courses, quaint boutiques, and charming small town squares are a short drive away.

Tims Ford Lake is considered one of the most picturesque lakes in Tennessee and is regarded as one of the top bass fishing and recreational lakes in the Southeast. The Escape by Tims Ford Lake is located within a 1 hr drive of Huntsville, 1 hr 15 mins of Chattanooga and 1 hr 30 mins of Nashville.
Tims Ford State Park is just a 5-mile drive and is noted for scenic views, natural surroundings and wildlife habitats. It includes several areas where visitors can relax on the lake while fishing, skiing, or boating. Visitors may also spend the day at the swimming pool, hiking or biking on the park trails, or enjoy a picnic lunch in the park’s public use areas. Visitors will enjoy viewing white-tailed deer, wild turkey, songbirds and many other animals common to the middle Tennessee area. The park is also home to the Bear Trace Golf Course at Tims Ford which is part of the Jack Nicklaus-designed collection. The Tims Ford Reservoir is visible from most holes on the course and comes into play on several of the 18 holes.
This part of Tennessee is full of waterfalls, gushing creeks, and rivers. Stunning waterfalls, scenic nature and great hiking trails can be enjoyed at nearby Short Springs State Natural Area, Old Stone Fort State Archaeological Park, and the South Cumberland State Park.
Tours are available at the world-famous Jack Daniels Distillery in historic Lynchburg, located 12 miles away. The Lynchburg Winery is another great attraction with tours available. Be sure to make a reservation and stop by the famous Miss Mary Bobo’s Restaurant for lunch!
The University of the South and Sewanee are also located nearby. This quaint college town atop Monteagle Mountain has amazing outdoor appeal, such as Natural Bridge State Natural Area. Natural Bridge is a three-acre natural area that features a 25ft high natural sandstone arch that provides a scenic overlook of Lost Cove. Sewanee features many other trails and hiking options. It’s a true nature-lovers paradise!
