Welcome to our private dome house, a unique accommodation to immerse yourself in the natural beauty of Puerto Rico. You will be treated to beautiful views of the mountains, ocean, and natural gardens. The room has a/c and there is a refrigerator and a coffee/tea station in the main house, a short walk from the dome. The property is just a short 10-15 min walk from the river and a short 15 minute drive from beautiful Caribbean beaches! The cozy space offers an immersive experience in the foothills of El Yunque, surrounded by lush nature. You'll encounter various animals on the property, including a friendly dog, cats, chickens, ducks, and other delightful creatures. Listen to the enchanting sounds of coquis, especially on rainy days. Keep in mind that this is a rainforest, so be prepared to hear and potentially spot various critters that call it home.

What a unique place to stay! It was so cool spending the night in this dome! It was the perfect balance between escaping into the rainforest while still having comforting accommodations like wifi and air conditioning! I’d love too to come back and stay in the yurt sometime! This property is beautiful with so much to offer!
I loved my time here so much I booked the dome again for my parents! They used to camp all the time in their you fee age but haven’t been able to in recent years. This was the perfect compromise because they could feel so engulfed by beautiful nature with the comforts they need such as a cozy bed and fully functioning private bathroom. They’re also both artists and couldn’t get over how beautiful the murals on the walls inside and out were. They told me they want to come back again next year because of how amazing of a time they had here!
Staying here was such a needed break from the city life I’m used to! The dome was so cozy and air conditioned too! I fell asleep to the peaceful sounds of the frogs chirping around me and woke up to roosters crowing in the distance. I couldn’t imagine a more perfect rainforest getaway!
My stay at the Dome at La Casa De Vida Natural was such a lovely getaway! The dome was painted inside and out with such beautiful designs and colors! There was air conditioning that worked amazingly! The dome was separated and secluded from the other rooms so I was able to have privacy and relax alone surrounded by beautiful nature. Jyl was so helpful and kind through the entire visit! I would recommend this stay to anyone coming to magical Rio Grande!

The main property at Casa de Vida Natural was once a thriving health spa, but, having been damaged in storms a few years ago, the spa is not currently open. The little cottage with the big views that's for rent used to be for guests at the health spa, but is now just available! With scenery this stunning, it seems a shame to leave the cottage empty! Jane Goldberg is the owner of this magnificent property, but currently resides in New York City (where she still owns a holistic health spa). Jyl Lawler (the person you see in the profile photo) is our gal on the ground in Puerto Rico and a delightful host. It's a team effort, but we can't wait to meet you!
