The place was great, care taker Vijay and the rest of the crew are extremely helpful and accommodative on your needs. The flat matches the description and provides all basic amenities as mentioned. The locality is calm, peaceful and for walkers/ joggers it's an apt one. It's very near to popular Bay 15 and stores are accessible in 5-10mins radius. Do plan to rent a car/bike as taxi service can be a bit of problem.

Sameer’s place is in a very good location. Checkin was smooth and the caretakers at the property were very helpful. It’s a really good apartment but it does require some maintenance in terms of paint and the doors were a little dirty but apart from that it was really clean and we had a great time at this property.

A lovely place to stay with amazing ventilation and balconies in every room. the place and views are much better IRL than in pictures, the stay was clean and the staff was very polite and helpful. definitely recommend!

Apartment had all the the things we needed, but was not very clean. Bathroom doors, walls, and bedsheets had stains. One Bathroom door was chipped off and was dirty at the bottom. I didn’t have high expectations anyway considering the price. Location was excellent and on-site staff was extremely helpful.
