Good things: - fast internet - good location - hot water, aircon, fridge, water dispenser Bad things: - the pictures were not of the apartment, but of a different one - no communication what so ever. If you call the number no one will respond - very nasty smell in the sheets and towels. The sheets smelled like piss and towels smelled like sewage water. I have thrown the towels in the bin. Please buy new ones, they are disgusting and of poor quality - very dirty, I had to mop the floors because there was so much dirt - lots of cockroaches from giants to tiny ones - extremely noisy aircon, noisy dogs inside the building hallways, noisy people outside - the windows are broken, you can barely open them and requires a lot of strength - no place to put your cosmetics in the bathroom

Host was responsive and considerate with our request. Check-in was a breeze. Just had minor concerns with the cleanliness but overall, experience was great. Thank you very much.

I had Great stay here. great value for money. convenient Store is just 1 floor below... Easy to transport to Major Mall like Sm is just 1 ride same as Ayala and Park mall , very accessable to PUJ ,Taxi and Motorcycle ride... address easy to locate.. i will surely rent this condo again . thank u Host, for being flexible and friendly to us during our stay.
