First, GPS will absolutely lead you astray. Be sure you understand Patrice's instructions on how to actually find the place. The guest house was clean, cozy and quiet, surrounded by beautiful trees. The kitchen had nice appliances and a Keurig. However, there were no bowls, no saucepan to heat food, and no kettle or other way to boil water— I feel like these are pretty standard things.

We had a fantastic stay in Laconia, and Patrice was such an excellent host! She is Extremely responsive and accommodating, and made our stay exceptionally pleasant. Her guesthouse is super comfortable, clean, and great location, a short drive to everything we wanted to do there. I would absolutely go back, and can’t recommend her spot enough! Thanks Patrice!
