Better than listed. House extremely clean- felt like no one had ever stayed there. Beautifully decorated. All amenities there- appreciate they have cleaning supplies and extra paper towel, toilet paper and laundry pods. So many fun things to do. Kids loved all the indoor and outdoor games. The pool is fantastic. Everything in the kitchen that would be needed- cooked several meals. Plenty of bedrooms and beds for 3 families. Loved that there was 3 full baths so we didn’t need to share. Easy to communicate with and so responsive . Loved that there wasn’t a huge check out list- it’s always a turn off when you pay a high cleaning fee yet they make you clean everything before you go- not the case here! Felt truly on vacation! Thank you! Beautiful home!

Absolutely thrilled with our stay. The place was immaculately maintained, new, and exactly as described. The check-in and check-out were streamlined -- a total breeze - and the "welcome book" Carla and Matt prepared was full of helpful advice about the property and surrounding areas. They were even thoughtful enough to mention in the check-in process that Apple Maps and/or Waze are better equipped to find the location than G**le Maps. That's really going above and beyond. Communication was clear, friendly, and efficient. The area was peaceful and quiet, without feeling too remote. It's a very easy drive from the Coachella festival grounds. We were in town for Power Trip, which we loved, but we enjoyed our stay at this Airbnb just as much. (I had to use asterisks because the platform thought it was an outside linkage.)
