Great place, cozy, pretty, within super close walking distance of an amazing restaurant. Very responsive host. This is up several flights of stairs so if your dog isn’t used to them it can be a pain at first. Also since the a/c is in the main room, the bedrooms got pretty hot even with a chilly night outside. You’ll want to keep the bedroom doors open and ceiling fans on - we opted not to keep them all on because our dog was scared of the fans. Great amenities, enjoyed the neighborhood and the whole area. Lots of great food nearby. No public dog parks within 30 minutes.

We had a good stay. The house is very close to the beach. The bathroom is VERY tiny. If you arrive at night, the street is very dark and the house didn’t have any outdoor lights on

We loved the location - just a few steps away from the beach and on a quieter section of the beach, too! The place has easy parking and an outdoor shower downstairs which was awesome for cutting down on sand inside. The place inside is a little outdated - needs some updating of furniture and a remote for the air conditioner (it's pretty high up). The check in/out process requires you to go to the Vacasa location which is about 10min away. Lovely time was had here on the deck and at the beach!

This place is not worth $200 a night. Go to a hotel. It will be a better experience. Vacasa was very responsive to my emails, and there were many. Their customer service is the only thing that got this place 3 stars. The bedrooms are not air conditioned. The washer was full of sand and broken. Lights in the kitchen were broken. The shower curtain was moldy (Vacasa replaced immediately). The housekeeping is horrible. When we got there the place smelled funky. There was an inch of dust on the air conditioning unit and ceiling fans. There were cobwebs in the corners a d on the decor. Half the beach was scattered on the floors. There were no cleaning supplies and the vacuum cleaner was broken. Linens were awful and of the owest quality possible. They allotted one pillow per person. Two parking spots were advertised, but for half the week there was no where to park. Vacasa told us to park at restaurant down the road and a block over. I spent $400 at Walmart so we could be comfortable. Bring air freshner/candles, sheets and blankets, pillows, throw rugs (unless you like sandy sheets), fans, and cleaning supplies. On the day we left a breaker tripped and there was no power in either bedroom. However, the place is a lot cleaner than it was when I got there.

Great deck, super quiet street! Quick walk to beach!! Pictures represent unit accurately. No dishwasher if that matters to you. We had a great vacation!
