The flat is nice, spacious, and clean but as other's have mentioned access to the pool and restaurant are limited. However, everything is nearby well within walking distance. I'd like to thank Fahad, the caretaker, for all his help. There were a couple of items missing from the kitchen amenities list which was a bit disappointing. Overall it was a nice stay at the resort

One thing which is very absurd is that no drinking water was provided! It's like a serviced apartment with a kitchen and microwave, stove, fridge and vessels provided so how can there be no drinking water that is provided?!! I was liaising with the caretaker on behalf of the host who told me that water is not provided. I was given an apartment which was different to the one I actually booked. The room was clean but not well maintained! Shower pressure is bad and hot water doesn't work in the shower but comes through the taps! Faucets were leaky and broken. The vessels for cooking were in a very bad condition. Finally, I was told not to lose the key as they didn't have a spare and the lock mechanism is one that gets locked automatically from the instead when you shut it from the outside which would have been very difficult and inconvenient if I had to get locked out. Overall the stay was ok with a few inconveniences.

Edson and his apartment was very nice and have been there in the past. The resort itself is very bad and does not like private guests. As long as you understand the rules that you can’t use the pool or even buy a drink at the bar and the Management at the resort is no good. At least Edson is there for you at all times. I will never go back to the resort not because of Edison because the Osbourne resort made my holiday Hell

After making the booking and full payment when I asked about the location address, the host was not ready to share the address and informed me I would get the address 24 hours before my check-in date. I kept asking about the address because I was constantly traveling with a limited mobile network to share with my taxi guy. I didn't get the address and location as he committed. On the day of my check In again called him and he told me he already updated the address which was not true. He shared with me the number of the Caretaker and his caretaker is far better and helpful than the host. My Overall experience apart from the address issue with the host was great. Please is neat and clean and hygienic I must recommend his place. very close to the market and famous restaurants. This place is located inside one of the hotel and AIR BNB guests are not allowed to use the swimming pool and restaurant. In the morning daily power is cut and no power backup.
