What a find! This place is so close to downtown St. John’s; 3 blocks and you’re in the thick of it. The house itself was beautiful, and well equipped. Having 2.5 bathrooms made it easy for our whole group to get showered and ready for a day in the city. The kitchen was huge! Simple instructions to get in, and the host was responsive (not that we were in need of anything). I enthusiastically recommend this place!

Absolutely beautiful place to stay in St. John’s. Easy communication. We were there for our son to have surgery at the Janeway, and it was so comfortable and cozy. Will definitely stay again!

Great location and very walkable to everything you’d want to see in St Johns. Very spacious and well equipped. Recommended.

Très beau logement bien placé.. Manque juste la Tv locale pour le salon.. après super beau logement très proche du proche du centre ville. 5 mns a pieds . Les hôtes sont très réactifs pour le conseil et renseignements, ainsi que très sympa.

We were here over the holidays & it was the perfect place for us to be able to have family over for supper’s. NewGround was very helpful and we would definitely love to stay there again for our next visit.
