Outdoor area was great with plenty of seating and sports equipment. Mst was helpful and responsive when we discovered the internet was not working. Unfortunately the internet was spotty and not always working, one of the bedroom sheets needed to be laundered, and the beds are not super comfortable. Still thankful that we were able to stay at Mst's place for some family time before the end of summer.

We were very happy with the location and how accommodating, space wise, the cottage was. Two bathrooms was a bonus. However, we were extremely disappointed in the cleanliness of the entire cottage. Upon arrival we noticed that the floors hadn’t been cleaned, there was hair in both bathroom showers and sinks, windows were grimy, half eaten chocolate bar on kitchen counter, garbage scattered around the fire pit, mouse poop and pee in one of the large pots, sheets did not look or feel cleaned, top sheets were missing from some of the beds and several pillows did not have pillowcases, and some lightbulbs were burnt out. The floor also felt mushy in several spots. The mouse activity was pretty severe, there was fresh mouse poop in one of our coolers and old ones seen beside the fridge, one mouse was seen in bathroom. Other then the cleanliness we had a great time. Loved the big dinning room table, the fireplace and the water access in the back yard!

The location was great. But as mentioned in past reviews, the place was not clean upon arrival - kitchen stove / range hood was greasy, coffee pot was dirty and old coffee grinds left in coffee maker. We had to clean the bathrooms as it was apparent it hadn’t been cleaned. Noticeable smell in 2nd bathroom. I had to sweep the floors upon arrival. Linens/pillow cases in Master bedroom had to be washed as they were not freshly laundered (smelled used). All bath towels had to be washed as they smelled used. The BBQ grill propane tank was almost completely empty that only one side of the grill was burning a low flame - we had to go into town to replace the tank ourselves. The back deck was unkept. The AC venting was broken at both ends and thus was blowing hot air into the living room. All fans were covered in dust. The WIFI kept dropping and there were no clear instructions on how to launch Netflix. The host apologized for the condition of the cottage. She was responsive.

Group of friends stayed at this place. Host was very easy to communicate with and responded in a timely manner. There were enough additional bedding stuff and also kitchen utensils/serving dishes/plates . Also we was amazed to see how every small detail was taken into consideration like from a bookshelf with variety of books and DVDs and board games to attract all ages. Enjoyed the scenic beauty and created memories with my friends. The manual kept at the entrance was with full of details all attractions , maps and restrauants nearby with the menu prices. And housekeeping reminders. Host has taken the time to make the guests' life easy. I would highly recommend 👌

Beautiful 4 bedroom cottage with lots of space, we stayed for 2 weeks, had 11 people, seven adults and four children. We managed to fit everyone in to the 4 bedrooms with some blowup beds and a portable crib. Lots of living room and kitchen space, nice open concept. The property has lots of space. I found there to be a perfect combination of sun and shade. The bugs weren’t too bad at night, we brought lots of citronella, candles, and torches, bug spray. The water in front of the dock is perfect for swimming, almost weed free, nice and deep. The kids had a great time, jumping off the dock. There’s a rope swing in a park just a short paddle down the river which the kids loved. Just a word of caution, There is an old stump 3 feet from the dock right in the middle. It is only about 2 feet below in the water surface, as always, we check the water before swimming and attached a buoy, and a pool noodle as a marker. Thank you MST for allowing us to enjoy your beautiful cottage !
