Welcome to our fully renovated RIVERFRONT cottage on Burnt River, Fenelon Falls with private boat mooring. Whether you are looking for a relaxing vacation or an adventurous one, this is the perfect location. The river is deep and weed free, great for swimming, tubing, fishing, kayaking, paddle boarding and boating (if you have a boat). There is a free boat launch just down the road. Lake Cameron is a relaxing boat ride away. For the adventurous, there are hiking, biking and ATV trails close by. The cottage is 1000 sq ft, open concept with beautiful river views from kitchen and living room. There are 2 bedrooms with a closet and small dresser in each. The kitchen is stocked with essentials such as dishes, cutlery, pots and pans etc. There is a microwave, stove, fridge and freezer, dishwasher, double farmhouse style sink and an eat in kitchen island with 5 comfortable countertop height chairs. In the living room you will find a comfortable sofa sectional that opens into a double bed. There is also a gas fireplace, TV, coffee table and side chair with 2 ottomans that can be used as foot stools. There is a work area in the living room with a table and 2 chairs. This cottage has just been fully renovated and is very clean and tidy. The washroom is modern and has a nice size shower with glass door, vanity with spacious countertop, sink, large drawers and a pantry full of towels. A hair dryer, soap, shampoo, conditioner and toilet paper is provided for you. There is a mud room at the front entrance with a large bench. A laundry room with washer and dryer and an additional toilet. Last but most importantly is our spacious deck overlooking the river and fire pit. It has an outdoor dining table with 6 chairs and 2 loungers. The outdoor sofa sectional is in a covered area, which can be fully enclosed with netting. You will also get to enjoy the 7 person giant inflatable island, a canoe, 2 new kayaks and 2 bikes. We have 2 life jackets size M and L. We also have a dock by the water which you can fish off of or just sit and enjoy the view. There is a double lounger with sun shade by the water as well.
