We loved Elizabeth & Gregory’s place. The view was wonderful. We enjoyed observing the ever changing sky, clouds and rainbows from the lanai. The ceiling fans and breeze from lanai made the interior a delight. We also enjoyed hearing the activity near the pool and Happy Tall lounge, while still having our own privacy. Check in and check out instructions made everything so easy.

To say we were sad to leave is an understatement. Booked these units based upon the views, reviews & location. We were completely satisfied and so thankful for our special time here. Waking up to this view each morning exceeded our expectations. Even on rainy mornings, it was paradise. The beds were also so comfortable! We loved the books on Kauai & recommendations provided by you. We especially loved the little hike along the beach to get to Hanalei Bay. And Hideaway Beach was also spectacular! We love Hanalei & Princeville and will be back to stay here on the north shore. Thank you for providing a cozy piece of paradise here. We had all we needed and will treasure the memories made here.

Great location and a nice space. Very attentive hosts. The parking is not great, as the lot can get full, and the resort fees are a bit steep (taxes are high and stack on the fees). That is of course not reflective of the hosts whatsoever. That aside, the condo has breathtaking views and the grounds are very well kept. Many amenities to enjoy, necessities are nearby, and the beach is just a short walk away. Hosts keep lots of helpful items in their condo as well. I would recommend this as a place to stay in Princeville.

Gregory and Elizabeth’s units were all that we could have they would be! The balcony was what made us book the unit and it did not disappoint. On our first morning we were greeted by several rainbows and a stunning view of the mountains and beach. The beds were extremely comfortable and the AC worked great. The resort has so many amenities. We enjoyed the pool, hot tub, beach and just strolling the grounds very much. It is also very child friendly, and creates room for adults too. We didn’t bring our kids with us but felt like it would be a great place to have a family vacation. It is also close to activities, beaches, and great restaurants. The neighborhood is extremely well kept, and we enjoyed many morning walks. I cannot say enough good things about the condo and resort. My husband and I would definitely stay here again!

we were only a party of two, but you can of course easily 4+ people in this double-apartment; apartment includes pretty much all you need for the beach (snorkeling, pic-nic, umbrellas etc). laundry is coin-machines very close by. no dish-washer. view is great! really enjoyed that in the morning and evenings.
