Loved staying here! House was perfect, view was amazing. Instructions for getting there and checkin in were good. Definitely head the spotty signal warning. Overall we had an amazing stay and would recommend to others

Wonderful experience. Beautiful home, incredibly scenic setting right by the ocean. Very well equipped kitchen which feels rare. Be aware that check out is early 10am and it was a bit of a bummer when our request for slightly later check out could not be accommodated. Feels like 11am would be more fair.

My first & only negative review. Pros: Beautiful house. Comfy. lots of board games and activities. Cons: Poor communication. Zero hospitality. Vacasa Property Mgmt is definitely not in the hospitality business. Just in the business of making money. Prior to booking, I asked about late checkout. They said they couldn't confirm until 2 days before checkout & for a fee. I asked what the fee was, they said it varies across their properties & couldn't tell me what it until AFTER I am approved for late checkout. It is unfair to not be transparent about the fees. They never updated me or made an effort to provide a late checkout (despite requesting 2wks in advance). When I followed up during my stay, they said if I didn't hear from THEM, it wasn't approved. They said my only option was to pay for another night if I wanted to check out later. - Not as private as the pictures appear. Houses on both sides. - The dirt road made my car filthy. - Hot tub was a little dirty but warm.

So first, let me start off by saying the property/house is incredible. Absolutely breathtaking views and surroundings. Check in being 4pm was sort of a turn off. I kindly requested an early check in from the property management, considering we would be driving from the Bay Area and would like to spend as much time at the property as possible. I understand early check-ins are not promised, but it was worth asking. The host denied early check in due to “cleaning staff needing until 4pm to clean the house” Okay no worries, that is understandable. We arrived into Fort Bragg early and decided we would drive by the property to get an idea of where we would be staying. It was well over an hour before check in and no one was there. I kindly asked management if we could check in early as no one was there and we had just driven 4 hours to get there. Again, they said no. This time because “the locks won’t unlock until 4pm”lol On top of this, hot tub didnt get hot our entire trip. So much more
