It was home like and very clean. If I asked a question she would respond within 1 hour but it never took that long. I would definitely rent the house again.

The house was wonderful, exactly as described! There were nice little touches everywhere (like a diffuser on the hair dryer for curly hair!) and plenty of space for the 6 of us to spread out. Perfect place for a family gathering. We especially enjoyed the kayaks and sitting by the camp fire. Jamie was delightful to communicate with and I would definitely book her place again in the future!

Jamie has a beautiful house a short walk to the lake. The location is a very quiet street on a secluded cove. Three bedrooms and a den off of the living space and Three bathrooms worked really well for our group of 9 adults and three children. The kitchen was well equipped. The baskets of extra toiletries in the downstairs bathroom was really thoughtful. The toys and books, also a very nice feature. We had everything we could possibly need. We really enjoyed the deck and the upstairs balcony. The outdoor patio dining and fire pit were perfect for gathering. We thoroughly enjoyed getting out on the water in the kayaks that were provided. Jamie was very responsive to answer questions. Overall a fabulous spot for a wonderful family vacation.

Jamie was a wonderful host, and her lake house was absolutely perfect. The house is very well stocked with much of what you need for a very comfortable stay. Our crew of 6 cooked most of the 7 nights we stayed in the home - the selection of cookware and the air fryer were wonderful. When we blew a breaker on the first night, Jamie's husband was on-site within 30 minutes to take care of it. There is a really nice selection of 'incidental supplies' that were really thoughtful. The appliances are very nice - including the washer and dryer which made our unpacking venture much easier. Jamie was super responsive to questions prior to our visit and really made sure we had everything we needed to make our visit absolutely perfect. The lake was beautiful and peaceful. We enjoyed the short drives to Portland and Kennebunkport, and were able to further explore Freeport and Concord, NH during our visit. I cannot say enough about Jamie as a host, and how fond we are of her lake house
