The house is located in a cove which makes it quiet and easy to access the water. Two story home with both bedrooms upstairs and a half bath in between. The Master bedroom has a desk to use as a workspace and a heatpump for heat or air conditioning. The guest bedroom has a fullsize bed with 2 dressers and a chair. The downstairs has a living room with 3 recliners and a pull out couch. The kitchen has a refrigerator, microwave, stove with oven, toaster oven that broils, bakes and air frys. The dining room has 6 chairs and table and 2 bar stools against the counter. There is also a heat pump in the dining room for heat or air conditioning. A full bathroom with a shower and washer/dryer. Smart TVs are in the living room and master bedroom that allow you to stream hulu, netflix, prime, and YouTube. There are also ceiling fans in all the rooms and stand up fans in both bedrooms.
