Beautiful home right on the river with above-average Airbnb amenities (good-quality pots and pans, robes for everyone!) We loved the view and saw a bald eagle twice. Jennifer was very responsive and helped us figure out the gas fireplace via FaceTime on a Saturday night. Would absolutely return!

The place was majestic. Right along the Saco river, a trail, fire pit, and kayaks were in the backyard to use. The beds were comfortable and the place was homey. Jennifer was really friendly, fun, and helpful! We would love to be back!

The river house was everything we had hoped it would be and more. My family, including 6 and 9 year old boys, had the best Labor Day weekend. We relaxed, listened to music, swam and kayaked in the river, roasted marshmallows and played board games and ping pong. The house was very well appointed with nice linens, very comfortable beds, the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed and the home overall was spotless. The grocery store was 2 minutes away and we stopped by Smells farm stand. Jen is extremely communicative and thoughtful. We truly enjoyed our time. Thank you Jen for being an amazing host!

My family and I stayed at this location in Buxton for a long weekend and it wasn’t long enough. Jennifer was very kind, welcoming and made us feel right at home. The out door space is amazing for cooking, kayaking, fishing, or even just sitting by the fire at night or just relaxing during the day and listening to the water. The view of the water from the master room and living room is stunning. The garage is perfect little party spot with the ping pong table. With Portland being only about 30 minutes away it’s the perfect balance between woodsy area and urban life. Overall we had a amazing weekend. Can’t wait to come back one day!
