The side yard has a garden area, lake access and a dock. Access to Lake Arrowhead clubhouses, with indoor pools/gyms/recreation tables, is included in the rental. Although the house can sleep 8 people if sleeper sofa is used, two families might be cozy in the winter months. In summer, there's plenty of outdoor space for spreading out.
