Space was a perfect layout for our family. Tom and Diane were totally accessible and helpful throughout! Blueberry cake was a nice touch and appreciated. Loved the espresso machine! For us, there was clutter in the kitchen and dining area but we used the linen closet as a pantry to clear the space. We had a 4 and 2 year old and there was childproofing to be done. Bathrooms were clean. Kitchen cupboards and some pans not as much. Toys were dirty and some broken but we washed them and the kids played well. Bring a pressure gate for young children for the stairs. Location is beautiful but it rained and was cold so we could not appreciate them other than the scenery, there in Dec-Jan. Because of some family allergies, we would not be able to return but otherwise, would! Perfect location to be near family members in Gorham! Thank you!

Easy drive from Portland to a gorgeous lakefront home. Plenty of room for the whole family, and the beautiful frosty lakefront view was worth the price alone. Great communication and very welcoming host. Thank you for everything, including the muffins!

It’s always a pleasure to stay at Tom and Diane’s place—this is our go-to spot for getting all our New England based friends together. We love to spend the weekend relaxing by the lake and cooking together in the evening.
