I would give 4 1/2 stars, if possible. The home was lovely and Ester was very communicative. The location was perfect for our needs. The hot water and heat were on timers, and Ester was very willing to change the time on the hot water to accommodate our needs, but the one time we tried to reach her to request a last minute change, she didn't see the request for several hours. Other than that, she was always very responsive. She was able to accommodate our request for an early check in! The heat wasn't on at night and the bedroom was very cold. We did not complain, so it was possible that if we had, she could have turned on the heat. The toilet paper was rough and there were just a few hangars which were pretty flimsy, but luckily, we didn't need to hang anything too heavy. Overall, we had a wonderful stay. One other thing that we found odd - we were given one towel and one hand towel each, and if we wanted clean towels, we had to wash them ourselves or pay 5 euros for each clean one.

Ester and the apartment were both amazing. It was clean and provided so much more than we could ever need. I would very highly recommend to anyone.
