The property was exactly as described, situated just behind the beach at Pevensey Bay. Open and airy with a comfortable sitting area overlooking the sea. Our dogs loved going out on the beach for their morning walk and most of the time there was no one else about. Property is well situated for visiting anywhere in East Sussex. Communication with Donna was very easy and she responded very quickly to any message. It was good to put a face to a name when we met Donna at check in, and she also kindly left a fabulous welcome pack for us and some extra treats for the dogs. If we were visiting the area again we would definitely be hoping to stay here. I would certainly recommend it.

This beach home surpassed expectations. Exceptionally clean, so many little extras, clear instructions on how everything worked. A very thoughtful handwritten welcome note and tray awaiting us. I communicated with Donna on several occasions and on each occasion she was friendly, helpful and knowledgable. We will most certainly be booking again. Thank you Donna x
