When we arrived, I was a little disappointed with the decor. Needs some updating.. Bathroom very small but functional. Main concern, the room had been cleaned and bed made-up but the bed linen hadn't been changed from the previous guests?. Not acceptable.. Dharini was quick to put it right, it was not her fault!, as she uses a private house keeping company.. Please do not cut corners, especially the bedding, it's the most important part of the stay.. This should be done automatically, whenever one guests leaves and should be made ready with fresh linen for the next guest.. Once rectified, we had a comfortable stay with a great views..

The flat was lovely and clean. Cosy, with a beautiful view of the North Bay, my son and I very much enjoyed our stay and had absolutely no problems at all. Would stay again.

Flat 4 has a fantastic view of the castle and the North Bay - a truly beautiful location. It's not too far to walk to South Bay with it's greater choice of bars and restaurants and the street parking works well. The accommodation is a little cramped for 4 people and the bathroom is too small and some updating to the decor is clearly needed. We were a little disappointed, but should have looked more closely at the fine print.
