We enjoyed our stay at Cleveland's house/home. This is their primary residence and it felt like we were staying in the home of a friend's friend. We could see and feel the families' presence, which wasn't a good or bad thing for us. The house is lovely, well equipped, warm and comfortable. The kitchen has everything you'll need for food preparation and the furniture is comfortable. The garden is also very useable and well cared for with multiple seating areas. The only minor issue was the challenge of making enough space on the bathroom counters for our things.

I couldn’t have been more delighted with the garden area. 2 beautiful redwood trees and lots of flowers and maple trees. Felt enchanted. The house had all the amenities and the neighborhood is a quiet enclave. Great hikes nearby too.

This was the perfect place for us to base our family out of for a long weekend of bay area adventures. Cleveland went above and beyond, great communication the home is extremely well furnished activities and cooking.

So much gratitude for Cleveland and the extent to which he made us feel so welcome in his home. In town for our daughter’s wedding, we could not have found a better place to call “home” - it was an amazing week with family and friends, and Cleve’s home served just exactly as we had hoped…as a haven and retreat amidst the lively hubbub of wedding activities. Upon entering Cleveland’s home, one is greeted immediately with the beautiful backyard space, it catches your breath and slows one down - we embraced the home’s relaxing zen quality. Was wonderful. We wanted for nothing - the beds were super comfy, quiet neighborhood surrounded by great walking/hiking/running trails, fully stocked kitchen, great wifi, comfortable indoor and outdoor furnishings, fun neighborhood restaurants and grocery w/in walking distance, easy on and off the 101, responsive communication with Cleveland….the list goes on. Thanks so much Cleveland for your most gracious hospitality and for allowing us to feel we had a home away from home.

I spent a week in this beautiful home for the holidays with my family. The house has a great layout for hanging out. The U-shaped kitchen is sandwiched between a pool table room and the dining room, which was perfect for cooking and socializing at the same time. There was plenty of counter space, and the kitchen was well stocked with a wide range of spices, pots and pans, as well as cooking tools and supplies. Though we had terrible weather and couldn’t take full advantage, we particularly loved the huge yard with a ping pong table and lots of nooks and crannies, tucked under redwood trees, for our kids and dog to explore. There’s also an idyllic hill a block away, great for walks with the dog. Cleve was a generous and gracious host, checking in with us often and making us feel welcome to treat the home as our own.
