The beds were super comfortable. Kitchens and bathrooms were very clean. The upstairs washer and dryer are brand new and worked perfectly. The upstairs dishwasher was very quiet and did not interrupt/disturb us while we were in the adjacent living room. We did not use the downstairs kitchen/washer/dryer. The lake view was wonderful! The weather was stunning during our stay! And the host was very responsive. Downsides: Each of the two living rooms had a couch; however there wasn't enough couch in either space for all of us to sit comfortably for extended periods. There were no extra rolls of TP and we barely made it through our stay. That said, we definitely recommend staying here.

My friend and myself with our families enjoyed this place. Altogether there were 10 of us. It was roomy enough to allow for quiet moments and privacy! the multiple kitchens was handy when it came to cooking. We were in the area to attend Emerald City Comic Con and it was an amazing experience for our families. We drove to the Rainer Beach train stop and took the train daily into downtown Seattle. Our young adults learned how to navigate public transportation. This Saved us not only money but also the hassle of driving in the city and finding parking. it was great to come back to this house that was peaceful with quiet after a day around a few thousand people. The neighborhood was beautiful and peaceful as well.

Overall, the place was great. The place slept 16 people well and they allowed us to have late checkout, which was really helpful. Parking was a little difficult with our 12-passenger van and carrying the luggage up and down the stairs to the house was a little challenging but doable.
