We had a wonderful stay at Felicity’s. She has thought of everything a guest might need and then some. All the lovely extra touches were most welcome and made for an easy and smooth first day, coffee pods and chocolate, a bottle of wine and everything you would need for your first Devonshire cream scone. The views were sublime and on our first nigh we lay on the deck looking at the stars and even on the rainy evenings there were books, games and television to keep us occupied. The town of Modbury is within walking distance and we strolled in one evening to have dinner at a local pub. Felicity is an excellent host and responded very promptly to all of our queries. I highly recommend The Nest.
I had a perfect long stay here. I loved everything about the interior, exterior and location. Being a Londoner, I thought I'd find it too remote but you're still near a town and the location is second to none. The hosts are exemplary. The energy of the cabin is beautiful and offers all you need for a comfortable stay. Thank you Felicity, and James.
We had a wonderful stay at the Nest. We stayed over the Christmas period and it was beautifully decorated making it feel very festive, special and cosy. We loved the delicious welcome gifts. The kitchen is brilliantly equipped, the bathrooms full of lovely smelling shower and shampoo and soft towels, the living room is cosy and has lots of games and books and the beds are very comfortable. Felicity made us feel very welcome and at home especially with our twin infants, setting up a cot and baby proofing the sockets. The Nest is by far the best Air B’nb we have ever stayed in! We will definitely be coming again and have recommended it to our friends.

We had a lovely stay at Felicity's, really clean and homely, comfy beds and soft bedding as well as amazing views and privacy. The coffee machine & pods much appreciated :-) Love beautiful Devon, Thurlestone beach was our favourite in the area (20-25 mins drive away)... the cafe there sold the best chips!
