The listing stated there would be some sounds from the street, car noises, urban noises and possibly one would be able to hear the neighbors since it is an apartment. HOWEVER, that was a complete misrepresentation. Yes, there was some street noise from cars - but that wasn't the problem. The problem was that in the basement below the apartment, was what sounded like a fraternity house three nights in a row. The people below partied very very loudly three nights in a row. The noise abated for a couple hours when they abruptly left, preusmably to go and party somewhere else for a few hours, because upon their return the music or TV was turned up so loud it woke us up at at 2am. I have lived in an urban setting for many many years. I understand the sometimes walls are thin and one might hear the neighbors. But this was so loud it felt like trying to sleep in the middle of Studio 54. Be warned if you should choose to book this place.

Neighbors upstairs were super loud. Don’t like the extra guest cost but I read the instructions so i didn’t get in trouble and just basically you couldn’t do anything. Using anything that came with the house costs extra money. Good location though.

Great location, clean space. The towels are a bit flimsy and only body wash is offered (which I believe is stated in the description). If people pass by you can easily hear them outside but it wasn’t a problem for me.

Pristinely clean space. Comfortable accommodations. Spacious. Responsive host. I would definitely stay again.
