Had a wonderful weekend at Daren’s place. Everything was as promised with his airbnb. It was beautiful, comfortable, quiet area with good restaurants only 5 mins away. Beautiful little town of Phonecia. Visited Margaretville and Woodstock nearby. Would definitely like to return sometime.

We've stayed at Daren's place twice now and we will absolutely be back again. It's the perfect cabin getaway from NYC and Daren is both available and friendly without being overly involved and always allowing for your privacy. We really can't say enough good things about this cozy little getaway.

Daren was very responsive to my inquiries. He made several recommendations of things to do when our ski day was a washout and offered flexibility with checkin. His place is very peaceful. Totally appreciated the coffee, milk and snacks especially when we came in late. Thanks Daren!!

Overall great experience. Place was perfect for my girlfriend, dog and I. Daren was super helpful and able to communicate prior and during the trip. The location was perfect for our long weekend, putting us within 20-30 minutes drive from all our activities, also an added benefit to be 5 mins away from Phoenicia Diner. The house itself was perfect, plenty of space on property for the dog, large living room for us to unwind after long days. Highly recommend. Will be sure when we come back to stay here again.

This was An amazing spot with an even better location. Perfect space for a weekend getaway. I was impressed with how nicely the bathroom was renovated. Highly recommended !
