Donavin's place is the best Airbnb we've ever been to! We had a large group book this Airbnb ahead of time for a convention in Vegas. The location is ideal, right next to Chinatown and plenty of food choices, and not too far from the strip. Donavin was very responsive and accommodating. He does try to greet you at the property when you check in to explain features of the house. The house itself is very spacious, clean, and includes everything that you would need and more! He goes above and beyond to make you feel like you're actually on vacation. There are plenty of activities to do in the house, so you won't feel bored at all. I did have some comments about the spotty WiFi from my group, but nothing too bad. If you're on the fence about booking, don't think twice about this listing! We will try to book again in the future if this Airbnb is available! Thank you so much for hosting us!

We absolutely loved our stay! The house was beautiful and had so many amenities! Donavin was communicative, and super helpful! We loved our stay. Highly recommend.

Great place for our huge family gathering of 14. Plenty of room. We all (especially the kids) loved the clean and warm inground pool, hot tub, air hockey table, pool table, foosball table and putting green area outside. The host greeted us upon our arrival and he provided tons of yummy fruit, snacks, juice, water and coffee just to name a few things. Host was very responsive if we needed something. Not a far drive to Red Rock Canyon, fun parks and the strip. We hardly left the home in our short stay as it was truly fun to hang out and enjoy family we don’t see much and the cool amenities in the home. Thank you!

This is one of the best airbnbs I've stayed in. Donavin was super responsive, stocked up the place with snacks, and had a lot of activities for our group to do in our downtime (the pool table and the hot tub were a big hit!). The place was super clean and well organized. It's even better than in the pictures; I highly recommend you stay here if you've got a large group. It's tons of fun!
