Beautiful cottage, everything we could have hoped for and more. The host was very responsive. We really enjoyed how pet friendly the amenities were. This was my grandparents first stay in an airbnb ever and she definitely set the bar high for any future stays. Thank you for your wonderful hospitality.

Sweet little cottage home right next to the Potomac. The fenced in yard was very convenient for the dogs although we spent most of our time walking them by the beautiful Potomac which is at its widest at colonial beach. It was off season so the town was very quiet which was fine by us. The house was very clean! And Debbie was wonderful and responsive. Highly recommend a stay at her air bnb.

Very comfortable and homey. Enjoyed walking along the river. Quiet neighborhood in the off season. Owner responded instantly when we had trouble with the door lock. Fenced in yard was excellent for our dogs. Not fancy, just comfortable, which is what we wanted. Kitchen had what we needed. We would stay again.
