I almost don’t want to leave a great review cause I want this place available for me only!!!. What a hidden gem. Beautiful and such a quiet area. Firepit in the backyard staring at the Potomac river was just amazing. The house was perfect and everything in it. We did not want to leave. Definitely going back. Jc is “the” perfect host with the perfect house!!! Do not stay anywhere else if you’re going to visit colonial beach. The house is literally 3 minutes from supermarket or the sand. You can’t top that…

Cozy cottage that accommodated 3 adults. While we had rainy weather, had the sun been out more we would have loved to have used the fire pit and sit out back or the bicycles provided by the host. JC communicated well with check in/out procedures & even let us know the house was available for check in early. We brought our pug Dewey, as the property is pet friendly & he enjoyed his stay just as much as we did😊

Nice and quiet place to get away to. With the Potomac river right outside the back door, it felt like staying right on the beach

An old house that has been beautifully upkept and redone. The owners have done a great job in cultivating a peaceful place to stay.
