I visited in March 2024 with a group of 6 other friends. The photos don't do justice to how beautiful this place actually is. The view is to die for, and it's pretty close to both Mendocino and Fort Bragg. We had a lot of fun using the sauna, hot tub and the pool table. The collection of board games and puzzles was really nice and the kitchen is probably the most well stocked kitchens I've seen. The weather during our stay was not particularly good so we spent most of our time in the house and we were not disappointed.

Our family of eight, 3 generations, had a great time at Sea Ghost. It’s roomy and comfortable - it felt like home. It’s located on the bluff overlooking Caspar beach with beautiful views. Just outside is a colony of brown pelicans, and one day we watched a bald eagle fishing. Wonderful!

This is our second year in a row staying at Ian's place, and it continues to be the perfect spot for a quiet, relaxing family vacation. The home is huge. We enjoyed playing pool, cooking in the huge kitchen, playing games (which are plentiful), and spending high quality time together. The views are breathtaking, with a short walking trail right around the corner. Perfect location between Fort Bragg and Mendocino, with easy driving access to wonderful beach and redwood hiking trails. Kitchen is stocked very well, with lots of plates and silverware, serving dishes, and good quality pots, pans and knives. Ian and the property manager are always extxremely responsive. We love falling asleep with the sound of the waves. Pro tip - there are windows and skylights throughout the house and bedrooms, so if you are sensitive to light in the morning, bring eyeshades. We would love to return!

Lovely home - well stocked, spacious and clean. Could walk to beach, lighthouse, sunset viewpoint right from the house. We had a great time there and would return.
