The home is clean, in a good location and has a great pool. The Wi-Fi did not,work and we made several contacts for help. First was told Wi-Fi was down across the whole country, this was NOT TRUE as we were picking up available networks - just not the one this place is advertised to have. Next day they came out to look at it, said the router was fried and they would return that afternoon with a new one. This never happened and we never heard from them again. We will now have costly roaming charges from our US provider and I had to leave the house to take care of work responsibilities. If you have a specific need for Wi-Fi or TV, be careful here! It is advertised as having it but clearly does not.

My poor review has to do with the management company Vacasa, overseeing the rental. The apt was beautiful & very clean. However, there were no clear instructions on parking, didn’t know if the numbered spaces were assigned or not. The unit was lovely but we spent over an hour trying to find a very high pitched beeping going off every 60 seconds. Fridge wasn’t working properly, the gas stove didn’t have gas in the line resulting in a stove that wouldn’t turn on for us. These things should have been on an apt inspection list BEFORE renting the property. I couldn’t reach any Vacasa staff, started contacting them 4pmish, didn’t hear back until after 7pm, then told it was too late to do anything & needed to wait til Mon. Was disappointed having our groceries go bad & not being able to cook. We picked that particular place for the use of the beautiful kitchen for a bday dinner. Capri, the Vacasa staff I spoke with, took minimal responsibility & only after I took issue with Airbnb directly.

This was a lovely stay and not too far from the village. Felt very homey. Would definitely visit again.
