We live in Portland, Oregon, and a few years ago, we had never been to Puerto Vallarta. We came here the first time for New Years with some friends, and quickly fell in love with the city, the beaches, the weather, the people, the restaurants, and the non-stop flight options from the Pacific Northwest. When we decided we wanted to buy a place of our own in Vallarta, we spent a LOT of time thinking about what it should be. We're not lucky enough to be able to live here full time for several years more, so in the meanwhile we wanted to find an ideal combination of a place we love to be, in a great location, in a beautiful city, where we think lots of other people will enjoy staying, too. We settled on this building, Oceana, on the "restaurant row" of Basilio Badillo. We hope you enjoy the views from the unit, spending time on the spacious covered terrace, enjoying the rooftop pool and other amenities of Oceana. Feel free to take some time to review the info we have put together in the guestbook here so you can be sure to experience everything Vallarta has to offer. You will be well taken care of by representatives from our local property management company.
