Pros: Labeled light switches! Open floorplan; people did not feel crowded. WIFI worked great. Well stocked kitchen for cooking/baking. Games available - we had a couple teenagers and this helped fill time. It was definitely renovated recently - very nicely done! Lots of quiet space walking down to the beach area - easy trail can also be driven. Cons: No shoes in house not in listing; we had an older person slip and fall on the beautiful wood floors in socks - bring indoor footwear! Chairs at beach were not there (assuming because it was April, but would've been helpful as time was spent there-eclipse viewing). Couple that stayed in King room said actually 2 twins together and that the mattresses were very hard. Suggestions: Combine some of the kitchen supplies & leave a cupboard as a pantry for folks to put their stock in. Though very appropriately advertised in advance, a few wondered why there was no TV available. Thank you for an overall great stay! Group vote - would stay again!

Celebrated my father’s 70th Birthday at Pine Haven. Beautiful property, house was immaculate, location was perfect for what we were looking for, including a short 2 minute drive down to your own private beach. We loved it!

We loved our stay! House was exactly as posted. Well stocked kitchen and house. Enjoyed our own little private dock on the lake. We loved the location. Easy drive to Bemus Point as well as to the Chautauqua Institute. Close to both Midway and Long Point State Parks. Hosts were very responsive to any questions that we had.

We had a wonderful time. Bedrooms were spacious, bathrooms were nice, living space was great for our three family group as well as the kitchen being well stocked. We also used the deck for cocktails and grilling. We had a few nice fires down by the lake in the evenings. With 3 young children it was nice that Midway State Park and Long Point State Park were minutes away.
