I can’t add anything that everyone else has said about this home and how great Mandy is . The house is beautiful and perfect location. We tried several other beach locations and Sapadilla is the best one. It was also great that the home had normal necessities like dish soap, laundry, shampoo etc . We tried several of Mandys suggestions for eating and all were good. We hope to return and enjoy this home again.

We’re convinced Mandy has one of the best spots on the entire island! Her home is immaculate and in the perfect location— walkable to Sapodilla and a short drive to Taylor Bay (our favorite beach on the island), yet private enough where quiet evenings out by the pool feel like your own little oasis. Her home is well appointed with everything you could need and then some. Perfect for two couples, with each bedroom having its own en-suite and ample storage, their was no fighting over which of us got the better room. From a logistics standpoint, Mandy is incredibly proactive in providing maps, recommendations and clear check-in instructions which make your first day on the island a breeze. We wasted no time in getting settled and kicking off our vacation! There is no doubt in my mind that our next visit to Providenciales will be at Mandy’s home. We loved our stay and are sad to leave!

This house was beautiful, private, and close to the most beautiful beach. Mandy was extremely responsive. The place was clean and had everything we needed. It was a very special place!

Mandy’s place was very clean and private. They had thought of everything right down to beach chairs and umbrellas to use. The place was extremely clean and well stocked with soap coffee towels - etc. check in and out was super easy. Mandy was very helpful as we were new to the island.

Everything listed on Mandy's page was accurate. So clean and very new. close to walk to beach she left all you need for the beach and pool was great. I would have had the pool a bit warmer. this is in a safe area so I felt safe. Mandy was easy to reach if needed. a must rental if in the area
