The master bedroom and bathroom are on the second floor as well as a terrace and both offer a breathtaking beachfront ocean view. Both bedrooms are air conditioned and have king-size tempur-pedic mattresses with high-quality sheets and pillows. <br /><br />The one bedroom Guest House is located steps away from the Main and is equipped with a queen bed, bathroom, kitchenette and a living room with two pull-out futon beds. <br /><br />Relax with the sound of the ocean in our pool lounge and shaded in-pool seating and table area. Up the spiral staircase find the brightly-lit master bedroom with plenty of windows, a vaulted ceiling, and a veranda with views of the estuary and ocean. Melt your cares away with the on-demand hot water rain shower and awe-inspiring views from the master en-suite bathroom. Enjoy the colorful sunsets and bright stars from the master suite veranda love seat, before climbing into bed for a peaceful night's sleep while listening to the waves break onshore. The second bedroom, full bath, and fully equipped kitchen are located on the main level. The screened-in sunroom, located off the kitchen, is an inviting space for enjoying meals and cocktails. The Guest House (only open for guests 5 and 6, with added per person/per night fee), located a short stroll from the Main Villa, offers separate accommodations on the property with its own kitchen. This one-story, one-bedroom, one-bath guest house (sleeps four) with one queen bed and two pull-out futon beds. The pool and lounge area offer a relaxing atmosphere with nature's songs. Take a dip in the sun-warmed pool, lounge on the pool daybed, or soak up the sun on the chaise lounge chairs. Snacks and cocktails can be enjoyed in the shaded (in-pool) seating and table area, providing the perfect chill spot for your relaxing beach retreat. If the soft black sand beach is calling, follow the short stone path past the coconut palm to the awaiting Pacific waters. If you come to Costa Rica looking for nature and animals...look no further! Punta Paraiso property borders an Area of Conservation protected manglar and river estuary. Many animals make the estuary their home. Numerous bird species such as yellow-naped parrots, white-throated magpie jay, brown pelican, magnificent frigate bird, great egret, black vulture, northern harrier hawk, great kiskadee, a few different kinds of bats and hummingbirds. This is a bird lover's paradise! This protected beach is home to Oliver Ridley and Leatherback turtle nesting and turtle conservation. With a little bit of luck, you can view endangered turtles coming to nest on the beach in front of the house, or meet with local conservation stewards to help release baby turtles! Other animals you may encounter or view swinging by Punta Paraiso are howler monkeys, coati, armadillo, agouti, variegated squirrels, geckos, mapaches, toads, crabs, lizards, iguanas, and whales (of course some of the creepy crawlies show up too, such as toads, spiders, snakes, scorpions, and other bugs.....but where would our ecosystem be without them too!).
