We were pleasantly surprised when we entered the house. We were happy with the photos but the place is nicer in person. Downstairs area with pool table allowed you to see straight through to the outdoor eating area, backyard and river. Upstairs we were very pleased with the kitchen, dining and lounge also. The kitchen is clean and fully equipped like everything you can possibly ask for, is available. The only downfalls if I had to nitpick, is the old bathrooms (though they were clean!) and the uncomfortable beds. It's on old house on the outside but so beautiful inside. The backyard was divine! We enjoyed hanging out on the comfortable seating on the pristine lawn. The kids entertained themselves and were safe by the river. We even did some fishing (only caught eels). If you open up the tv unit cabinets you'll also find heaps of games to enjoy. This house had everything, it was like staying at a mates! Larissa is extremely hospitable and generous, and also communicated promptly.

This was our second stay and this time was as good as the first. It is an amazing location, especially if you are using the water and/or have a boat. We loved the fire pit - the lawn and views were fantastic. Larissa did a great job of making sure our stay went well. The house is well equipped with all of the kitchen and other things we could want. Thank you!

What an amazing property in the perfect location!! we had the best week waterskiing, having a private boat ramp made so the difference for us and meant that we could maximize our time on the water! The house itself is so spacious and the kitchen phenomenally equiped! We really hope to come again and be regulars for our holidays with the kids! Thanks so much again Larissa for sharing your home!

Clean and fresh, family friendly and quiet place. Had everything we needed. Love the fireplace at home. And Xmas tree was a bonus. Thank you!
