We stayed for five nights and it was wonderful. So relaxing and peaceful. The Train House is delightful. Great layout with the train carriage, three bathrooms and when we arrived, spotlessly clean with a spectacular view of the valley below. Brent is a brilliant host, not only responsive, but sharing stories over this wines and personally showing us the bush walking tracks on his place. We will definitely be returning and as soon as possible!!

A very comfortable stay for 3 couples with individual bathrooms. The deck was lovely to sit out on each morning and afternoon to enjoy the view over the grape vines. Brent was a great host and couldn’t do enough for us. It was lovely to sit and enjoy some of his wines in the winery. Thanks for a peaceful and relaxing stay.

Fantastic and very friendly host. The place itself is spacious and the train carriage quite the novelty! Having an ensuite for all 3 bathrooms is very convenient, and the sun room with wood fire and amazing views deserves a special mention.

We were looking for a quiet weekend getaway and came across Harrington Winery and it turned out to be an excellent choice. The accommodation was clean with excellent facilities and absolutely stunning views to go with the novelty of part of the accommodation being built into an old train carriage. The owner was super friendly and invited us for a bottle of wine at the winery upon arrival and we had a great chat. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a quiet place in the Stranthorpe/Granite Belt area.
