Georgina and her husband were very friendly, however, I have to be honest the place doesn't worth the price. first, it's not private, the laundry is in the your bathroom and it is shared by everyone in the house you they have to go through your place in order to do laundry. The place shakes every 10 minutes because the train passes right under the place, if you are sensitive to noise you will need sound blockers cause you won't be available to sleep. There is a water filter in the bedroom, so it will get wet if rains. And the last one, you can't regulate temperature in the place, so if you are sensitive to cold you will feel cold sometimes. unfortunately, I feel robbed by the price a paid vs what I got :(

No pudimos tener mejor estancia en Toronto. El airbnb de Georgina es perfecto para largas o cortas estancias, es un lugar donde puedes sentirte en casa. Georgina es la mejor host que he tenido en airbnb, siempre estaba al pendiente, siempre dispuesta a ayudar y a hacer la estancia muy buena. En nuestra estancia de 2 meses Georgina, su esposo, su hijo e incluso sus mascotas nos hicieron sentirnos en casa, nos permitió usar el patio trasero para pasar un momento con un par de amigos en varias ocasiones. Si alguien necesita estar en Toronto y sentirse tranquilo y en casa tienen que quedarse con ellos. Gracias por todo y espero poder volver pronto a hospedarme con ustedes.

My wife, my pet and I stayed with Georgina for over a month and it was one of the best experiences we've had in Airbnb! The place was clean and in perfect condition, they have everything you need, its quiet and private. The bed is comfy, a big sofa, a nice space to work in, overall amazing place! She received our dog, and our dog loved the place! there's a lot of near parks and places to walk around, also the neighborhood is really dog friendly. The hosts, Georgina, Anthony and Jack are incredibly friendly, polite and nice! it was a pleasure to meet them and stay with them! The place is really close to a grocery store, restaurants, pharmacy and practically anything you need. Also really close to the subway, so getting around the city is very easy! Before booking we noticed some comments about the subway noises in the basement, in our experience its not that loud and you get used really quickly, we never had an issue with the noice when sleeping. I fully recommend this place!

My 6-month stay at Georgina's Airbnb was an absolute pleasure. The location of Georgina's Airbnb was perfect, as it was just a mere 5-minute walk from grocery stores, local markets, and convenient subway stations . The well-equipped kitchen provided everything I needed and more, making my daily cooking a breeze. The living room, thoughtfully furnished, included a dedicated space for my remote work setup, ensuring both productivity and comfort. The bathroom was stocked with all the essentials, and the refillable supplies were a thoughtful touch that made me feel right at home. As for the bedroom, it was a cozy and inviting sanctuary after long days of exploration and work. I can't emphasize enough how easy it was to communicate with Georgina; she and her family truly went above and beyond to create a warm and welcoming atmosphere throughout my stay. I highly recommend Georgina's place if you're looking for a fantastic Airbnb experience with an exceptional host.
