Easiest 5 star we have ever given. Richard is a great host and his place is wonderful. He does everything he can to make your stay amazing. Two of us were there for a little over 4 weeks and worked remote and he had everything we needed. It's about a 15 minute walk to the beach and downtown with shops and places to eat so the location is great. The place has a vaulted ceiling which makes it seem extra spacious. You will love your stay here!

J&R are the best hosts! The home we stayed in was very clean, had everything we needed, was in a safe and peaceful part of Kailua, was the perfect length walk to the beach, and was very affordable. The kitchen had all the appliances needed to save money by cooking. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was a good size for a small family. They even provided bathroom amenities. They have a smart tv with cable, wifi, and the best thing is an air conditioner in the bedroom which you will need in Hawaii summers! The home has lots of windows for the breeze to cool the house as well. The hosts checked us in and explained everything including eating reccomendations and tourist attractions. The information was provided in a binder along with maps of the area and books to read. Save money, avoid Waikiki prices, and get more for your money and stay with J&R. I used to live in Kailua so I can confidently say this is a great place!

Richard is a great host! He is super helpful and gives great local tips where to eat, what to visit. We stayed at his house with a one year old toddler and it was super convenient. They have all the equipments you need with a baby. The location is awesome too, only few mins drive from stores, restaurants and beaches.

We have had one of our employees stay here ,on and off ,for over a year now. Richard is always quick to respond, and offers a great place for our employee to stay. I would recommend this place to anyone.

Airbnbを夫婦二人で初めて利用しました。 カイルアは町の雰囲気も大変よく、部屋は落ち着いた住宅地にあります。 部屋の中はもちろん庭の芝生も大変綺麗に管理され大変心地よく滞在しました。 また来年も利用したいです。
