We had an excellent 10 day stay. Natalie was super responsive and very helpful. The apartment is in a great location, very central to everything in the town and walking distance to the restaurants. It is a very spacious with everything we needed. The beds were comfy. Lots of hot water. Kitchen facilities were great. It was very clean. There was plenty of towels, handsoap and washing up liquid. The weather was cold when we were there and the apartment has older drafty windows which which meant we had to keep the heating on but once the rooms warmed up it was very comfortable. As other reviews have said, there was a little noise from the street but nothing that was a problem. There are 4 steps up/down between the elevator from the basement parking and the apartment. It is a big bonus to have on site parking. My only comment on parking would be that the basement parking spots are very tight so better for smaller cars. We would stay again - thank you Natalie

We (my mother and I) were very comfortable in this flat. It had everything we needed and the manager was very responsive when I texted about a few minor issues. The location was perfect for us since we didn’t have a car. It was in the middle of town and a two minute walk from the train station. A couple of things to note: the flat is in the back of the building and if you take the lift you still have four stairs up and then four stairs down to get to the flat. Also, the mattress in the second bedroom is not the most comfortable; it is a spring mattress and the coils would “boing” a few times a night. Not the worst but not great, either. All in all, this is a lovely place and if I were to come back to Southport I would definitely stay here again.
