The location of this place is amazing, and the deck is delightful to sit and watch the ocean. Pros: Roomy place with functioning coffee maker with filters included, counter ice maker, and big rooms with comfy king beds and good pillows. Great to have 3 parking spots. Location is walking distance to a few yummy restaurants. The views from the living room and the deck are why we stayed here, we saw dolphins, seals, pelicans and watched a lot of surfers. Cons: The home itself is a bit run down, with soft spots in the floor that we walked around for fear it was rot & we'd fall through. Cushions outside are old and weathered, and one of the showers had a clogged drain. Washers and dryers in unit were broken, but you could use the shared garage units. The "twin beds" in the bedrooms were actually cushions on a wooden platform - the cushions were not thick enough to be comfortable, so had to stack two to sleep. They also aren't made, so you have to hunt for sheets/blankets & make them up.

I’ll start with the pros: This location is absolutely gorgeous. The condo is beautiful. Private parking in the garage was amazing. Uninterrupted views of the ocean were absolutely stunning. The cons: This company will nickel and dime you for everything. Read their fine print before you book because they DON’T allow cancellations. We were shocked to see that we had to pay an additional $250+ for a pet cleaning fee AFTER we booked through Airbnb. They also charge over $100 for an early check in/late check out. I’ve been staying at Airbnbs for a really long time, and I’ve never encountered that before. The kitchen was also poorly stocked with things that every other Airbnb has (ziplocks, Saran wrap, foil, etc). They had pots and pans and dishes, but none of the other kitchen essentials. And then there were some minor things that you can’t really avoid when you live on the coast like swollen doors that don’t close and whatnot. Overall, the condo was perfect, but the company is sketchy

The home was nice with beautiful views of the ocean. However the 2 houses on either side were eye sores. One looked abandoned. The listing showed a grill and spa on the patio. Grill was on lower level in sand so that was inconvenient. No spa. Big disappointment! As evening drew near on first night we realized there were no sheets, pillows or blankets for the side beds in any of the closets. At check in we were told there was 24/7 service if there were any problems. I called and left a VM with no response. Two hours later I sent a text and got a response. Was told blankets and sheets would be delivered the next morning. This meant 2 of our guests did not have bedding the first night. For the price of the unit, that was unacceptable. Also, the corner kitchen cabinet was unhinged.
