The property offers a large swimming pool of 18 x 7 m, surrounded by gardens and views of the Valley and the Ocean. A private path surrounds the house, for short walks of about 250m within gardens with a nice variety of flowers and trees that attracts butterflies, hummingbirds and other species. The volleyball court is also used to play badminton and other activities.
