My sister and I really enjoyed staying in Binks cottage. Amanda and her family made us feel very welcome and we were able to see the lambs in the barn and learn about their care. The cottage is exceptionally comfortable and had everything we wanted. Excellent place to stay. Thankyou!

Amanda is a super host! She was extremely hospitable and helpful with us. Had the cottage nice and warm for our arrival and came to greet us straight away, giving us all the information we needed, both about the cottage and the area. The cotaage was lovely! Perfect rooms, kitchen and my personal favourite, the wood burner! Amanda had put some milk, eggs, butter and cup cakes for us in the kitchen as well! Everyhting was perfect, honestly, so could not but strongly recommend Amanda and her cottage!!

Beautiful cottage which had been decorated for Christmas by Amanda. She also left us homemade cakes, and bread on the day of arrival. A good location for us to visit family in the North East, but a nice quiet area to relax after a hectic Christmas Eve and Day.

A lovely stay here - plenty of space for a family of 4 (2 boys 9 and 12), with great extra touches such as games, dvds and Netflix to keep everyone entertained! We were welcomed with freshly baked bread, eggs, milk and cakes which made us feel right at home straight away. The cottage is in a very quiet location, but great for travelling to lots of different day trips. Highly recommended!

Had a wonderful week at Binks Cottage, great touches, lovely and clean, enjoyed spending cosy nights by the log fire. Ideal spot for river and forest walks, lots to see and do near by. Thanks Amanda for your kind hospitality.
